The TY series of electric energy meter boxes integrate single-phase and three-phase types, engineered for power supply systems with rated current of 10A–250A, AC 50Hz or 60Hz, and operating voltages from 220V to 690V. They perform critical single-phase and power electric energy metering and control tasks.
| Protection Category | Implementation Standard |
|---|---|
| Mechanical Protection | Avoid vibration and shock sources; perform regular inspections on the fixed structure. |
| Chemical Protection | Establish and maintain an effective hazardous chemical isolation mechanism. |
| Environmental Protection | Implement routine temperature/humidity monitoring and apply UV shielding measures. |
Strict compliance with this specification significantly extends the service life of metering equipment and ensures the high operational reliability of power systems.
| Parameter Category | Technical Specifications |

The main busbar accommodates a versatile current loading range from 10A up to 250A.
Engineered with a high short-circuit current tolerance of 30kA to preserve system stability under faults.
Double insulation design (resistance and voltage) guarantees sustained safe operation.
Certified IP44 protection degree effectively handles dusty conditions and liquid splashing risks.
The TY series supports a rated current ranging from 10A to 250A and operates smoothly on single-phase and three-phase power supply systems with voltages between 220V and 690V (compatible with 50Hz/60Hz).
The meter box requires vertical installation with a tilt angle strictly held to ≤5°. It must be positioned away from mechanical vibration, shock, direct continuous sunlight, and corrosive chemical hazards.
The unit offers an IP44 protection degree, shielding inner components against dust and splashing water. Its main busbar delivers a short-time withstand current rating of ≥ 30kA.
To prevent degradation of the surface and enclosure integrity, keep the unit isolated from strong alkalis, oxidizing acids, amines, ketones, chlorinated hydrocarbons, and aromatic solvents.
First, loosen the central screw at the base to open the cabinet. Then, drill wall holes according to preset hole locations, insert expansion tubes, fasten the base securely, and attach the upper cover.
The equipment operates reliably within -25℃ to +50℃ (with a 24-hour daily average ≤ +35℃). Relative humidity should remain within 80% at 40℃ under clean conditions, with higher humidity permitted at lower temperatures.
